Shareholder Bob Keach Testifies in Senate Judiciary Hearing

Shareholder Bob Keach, co-chair of the ABI’s Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11 testified before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts in a hearing on Wednesday entitled “Small Business Bankruptcy: Assessing the System” to propose options for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking reorganization options under the Bankruptcy Code.
