Teresa Rosenberger Joins Bernstein Shur
Top Government Relations Advocate Bolsters Growing Public Affairs Team
Manchester, NH and Portland and Augusta, ME (January 4, 2021) – Teresa Rosenberger, one of New Hampshire’s top government relations advocates, has joined Bernstein Shur.
Teresa is widely regarded as one of the top government affairs advisors in New Hampshire, with extensive experience in business and non-profit leadership, regulatory matters, economic development and developing strategies for business success and growth. During her 30-year career in lobbying, public policy and communications, Teresa has been involved at the national, state and local level, including in the Executive Branch of the federal government, a national healthcare association and a national weekly magazine. Teresa works regularly with clients in the energy, education, telecom, healthcare and regulated industry spaces, among others, lobbying as well as providing strategic consulting, communications, grassroots and coalition building services to help clients navigate issues at the Legislature and before Executive agencies and regulatory bodies.
After FairPoint Communications acquired Verizon’s assets locally, Teresa served as the company’s President for New Hampshire, successfully positioning it for success and growth. In 2019, Teresa was named by New Hampshire Business Review as one of New Hampshire’s Top 200 Most Influential Business Leaders.
Teresa currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Council, New Hampshire Public Television, Ledyard National Bank, the Granite State Children’s Alliance and the City of Concord Planning Board. She is a past board member and chair of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, New Hampshire Historical Society, Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association and Concord YMCA, as well as a past board member of the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire, Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy, the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance, and Capitol Region Healthcare Board. She is a gubernatorial appointee to both the Economic Development and the NH Telecommunications Advisory Boards.
