Bernstein Shur Associates Graduate from New Hampshire Bar Association Leadership Academy
On Friday, June 7, 2024, associates Afra Danai and Amanda Dupuis from Bernstein Shur’s Manchester office graduated from the New Hampshire Bar Association’s (NHBA) Leadership Academy. The mission of the Leadership Academy is to promote and encourage leadership and professionalism by identifying present and future leaders who are members of the New Hampshire Bar.
“Leadership Academy was an incredible way to meet other members of the New Hampshire legal community, increase my involvement in the New Hampshire Bar, and learn about what makes practicing in New Hampshire so unique,” said Afra. “I look forward to building on this experience in my current practice and assisting New Hampshire businesses with their various corporate needs.”
The Leadership Academy program is designed to help attorneys develop leadership skills, foster camaraderie, and provide exposure to leaders in the legal, business, and government communities. The three-year program includes nine months of leadership training followed by two years of service to the NH Bar.
Amanda reflects, “The Leadership Academy allowed me to foster relationships with attorneys and business leaders across New Hampshire. The relationships I formed and the leadership skills I developed will allow me to continue assisting clients with their various real estate needs.”
Afra and Amanda join the list of current and former colleagues who are also graduates from the Academy, including Shareholder Hilary Holmes Rheaume and alumna Judge Talesha Saint-Marc, who currently serves as a United States Magistrate Judge in the Federal District Court, District of New Hampshire.
