The 2024 Labor & Employment Legal Seminar will be an exclusive, complimentary client event held at the offices of Bernstein Shur.
Join us as we discuss recent labor and employment developments, legal updates, and the ever-popular “Stump the Lawyer” Q&A session.

Recent legislation and changes at both the Maine and US Departments of Labor will have a significant impact on regional employers; this session will dive into those changes generally and will also cover specifics such as the new overtime-exempt salary rules and the Maine Department of Labor’s expanded powers. - 2:35 – 2:45 p.m. Break
