Bernstein Shur Shareholder Hilary Holmes Rheaume Named to 2025 New Hampshire 200 Leaders
Bernstein Shur proudly congratulates Shareholder Hilary Holmes Rheaume on her inclusion in the 2025 New Hampshire 200, an exclusive list curated by New Hampshire Business Review that honors influential leaders shaping the state’s economy, business landscape, and communities.
Hilary, a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Auto & Equipment Dealer Practice Groups, has earned a reputation for her unwavering commitment to excellence in law and her meaningful contributions to the community.
An accomplished litigator, Hilary is a trusted advisor to automobile, equipment and powersports dealers and industry trade associations. Her expertise and dedication have garnered numerous accolades, including recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for five consecutive years, a coveted spot in Chambers USA 2024 as an “Up and Coming” attorney, and the New Hampshire Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty distinction in 2022.
Beyond her legal practice, Hilary is a passionate advocate for community service. In 2024, she was appointed Bernstein Shur’s Director of Pro Bono and Community Service, where she leads the firm’s efforts to expand pro bono initiatives and deepen its impact in the community.
A proud alumna of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, Hilary is shaping the next generation of legal leaders as co-chair of the Leadership Academy Steering Committee for the New Hampshire Bar Association. Her leadership extends to numerous boards, including serving as Board Chair for the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, and on the boards of Families in Transition and New Hampshire Legal Assistance. She is also an Executive Leadership Team Member for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Luncheon.
Hilary’s dedication goes beyond New Hampshire, as she has participated in several service trips to El Salvador with Epilogos Charities.
“We are incredibly proud of Hilary for earning this very well-deserved recognition,” noted Jim Merrill, Bernstein Shur’s Managing Shareholder for New Hampshire. “She is an exceptional colleague and natural leader who combines professional excellence with character and community commitment.”
Hilary is the sixth Bernstein Shur team member to be named to the prestigious New Hampshire 200 list, joining Ovide Lamontagne, Jim Merrill, Teresa Rosenberger, Will Craig and former Bernstein Shur shareholder and current U.S. Magistrate Judge, Talesha Saint-Marc.
The 2025 New Hampshire 200 honorees will be celebrated at a reception on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord.
