Bernstein Shur Welcomes Corporate Shareholder Jason Cole to New Hampshire Office

PORTLAND, ME, AND MANCHESTER, NH – Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce Jason E. Cole has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Business Law Group in the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office. Jason, a seasoned attorney who is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA, offers clients a wealth of experience in the corporate, healthcare, non-profit and tax sectors, providing a multidisciplinary perspective on complex transactions, business structuring, and regulatory compliance for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. His practice will focus on guiding businesses through day-to-day challenges and opportunities, delivering strategic counsel and practical solutions that aligns legal considerations with business objectives.

Jason joins the firm from Catholic Medical Center, one of New Hampshire’s largest healthcare systems, where he served as General Counsel for nearly eight years. Prior, Jason spent ten years as an attorney at another New Hampshire law firm where he advised clients on corporate law, non-profit governance, tax strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and healthcare law.

Jason began his career in accounting before pursuing law—experience that continues to shape his practice.  Jason earned his JD from Suffolk Law School and an MS/MBA from the Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University.
