Court Rules for Business in Banking Cyber Theft
Attorney Dan Mitchell, a shareholder and member of Bernstein Shur’s Litigation Group, spoke to the Portland Press Herald about a case involving banking cyber theft. The case examined the commercial reasonableness of the bank’s security measures under the Uniform Commercial Code after a customer experienced a series of fraudulent withdrawals.
