Bernstein Shur Attorney Jennifer Rood Accepted to American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Panel

Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced that Jennifer Rood, shareholder and member of the firm’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group, has been accepted to the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Panel. The AAA provides services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts out of court.

Rood specializes in bankruptcy and business litigation, representing both individual and business clients in a wide variety of bankruptcy and commercial contexts including workouts, transactions restructuring, contract litigation, creditor representation and commercial collection, Chapter 11 reorganization, collection issues, forbearance negotiations, orderly business liquidation and related representation of principals.

A resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, Rood is board-certified in business bankruptcy by the American Board of Bankruptcy Certification and is a former Chapter 7 trustee for the Board of Bankruptcy Trustees.
