Attorney Roy Tilsley Appointed as New Managing Partner of Bernstein Shur’s New Hampshire Office
Shareholder Appointed by Peers to Firm Leadership
Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced that shareholder Roy W. Tilsley, Jr. has been appointed to managing shareholder of the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office. Tilsley has been a member of the firm’s Business Law and Real Estate practice groups since 2005.

Tilsley focuses his practice real estate law including acquisition, financing, leasing and development of real estate, business transactions and related litigation. He has litigated complex boundary line disputes, tax abatements and municipal reassessment cases, and regularly represents clients before state and regulatory agencies. He is vice-chair of the State Board of Auctioneers and is a long-term member of the board of directors of New Horizons for New Hampshire, Inc. Tilsley is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and is admitted to practice in the state of New Hampshire. He is a resident of Lyndeborough, New Hampshire.
He takes the helm from attorney Andru Volinsky, who previously managed the New Hampshire office.
