Bernstein Shur Selects Attorney Michael R. Bosse Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group

Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (January 5, 2017) – Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced the selection of Michael R. Bosse as Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Bosse will share these duties with Co-Chair Dan Mitchell.

Bosse is the chair of Bernstein Shur’s Construction Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Data Security Team. Bosse has been a litigator for his entire 20 year legal career. Since joining Bernstein Shur a decade and a half ago, he has had the pleasure of representing the full panoply of participants on construction projects including developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and lenders in everything from contract negotiation and administration to construction claims, collection efforts, and litigation. Bosse has also litigated in the areas of data privacy, commercial litigation, products liability, insurance, class actions, and animal law. He resides in Scarborough, ME.
