Conor Shankman will moderate a new series from the ABA Forum on Construction Law – EJCDC’s New CM as Advisor Contract Document Series , April 7 from 1-2 PM EDT.The Engineer’s Joint Contract Documents Committee will present an overview of the new CM as Advisor Contract Documents Series. We will discuss the key attributes of the contracts, and will highlight certain important areas where these contracts differ from other standard forms.
At the end of the program attendees will be able to:
- Evaluate when to elect the use of the new forms;
- Identify key ways that these forms vary from other EJCDC or AIA forms; and
- Locate key provisions for modification or revision depending upon your client base.
