On Thursday, July 11, Shareholder and Real Estate Practice Group Co-Chair James (Jim) Kerouac will moderate a panel at Bisnow’s New Hampshire State of the Market, an inaugural event focused on exploring investment and development trends shaping the overall commercial real estate landscape in New Hampshire. Jim brings more than twenty years of experience handling complex and multijurisdictional commercial real estate and commercial lending transactions to his practice at Bernstein Shur.
The panel, titled “CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Market Insights: Deep Dive Into The Fundamentals Behind New Hampshire’s Surge,” will discuss the driving forces behind New Hampshire’s growth. The panelists include Brandon Kelly, CEO of R.J. Kelly; Jodie Nazaka, Director of Economic Development for the City of Manchester; Eric Leclair, Managing Director, Acquisitions at Jones Street; Megan Hilson, In-House Counsel at Brady Sullivan; and Tom Farrelly, Executive Managing Director, New England at Cushman & Wakefield.
The event also features a second session, “Inside Look at New Hampshire’s Multifamily Growth.” Here, panelists Jay Bisognano, CEO, Torrington Properties; Ron Dupont, President, Red Oak Apartment Homes; Matt Menning, Principal, Elm Grove Companies; and Katie Dodge, Partner | VP Real Estate Practice, Usi Insurance Services, will discuss the behind-the-scenes decisions on New Hampshire multifamily growth.
The event will bring together a diverse group of industry leaders, including developers, financiers, urban planners, policymakers, and real estate experts, and aims to be a melting pot of ideas and strategies, fostering connections and collaborations in the New Hampshire real estate market.
