Robert J. Keach & Adam R. Prescott are featured speakers during the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Annual Spring Meeting on April 28-30, 2022, at the JW Marriott in Washington, DC.

Keach will be featured during the Legislative Update discussing recent, pending and upcoming legislation that impacts the insolvency and restructuring industry from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29.
Prescott will be featured during a concurrent breakout session joined by a panel of subchapter V experts who will discuss the multitude of issues that have developed since the enactment of the statute, and how practitioners can best deal with these issues.
