Shana Cook Mueller & Phil Saucier will speak alongside Amy Cullen, Chair, ME Affordable Housing Coalition Board and Vice President, The Szanton Company during the 42nd Annual Statewide Manager Interchange, sponsored by the ME Town, City and County Management Association on March 25 in Bangor, ME.

During the conference, they will review the recently released report from the Legislative Commission to Increase Housing Opportunities in ME by Studying Zoning and Land Use Restrictions. They will cover other zoning-related aspects of affordable housing, as well as ways in which municipalities can participate financially in affordable housing projects including tax increment financing and other mechanisms. The presentation will also provide a developer’s perspective on the financing process for affordable housing projects.
