Bernstein Shur Attorneys to Lead Session on the Latest in Maine Real Estate Law at MSBA Winter Bar Conference

Shareholders David Soley and Jim Monteleone of Bernstein Shur’s Real Estate Litigation practice will be featured speakers at the Maine State Bar Association (MSBA) Winter Bar Conference 2025, taking place January 22 – 24 in Portland, Maine.  

On January 23, David and Jim will lead a session entitled “Real Estate: The Latest and Greatest Developments in Maine Real Estate Law.” This presentation will examine the increase of real estate disputes, which now surpass divorce and personal injury litigation in the legal field. It will provide an engaging, and comprehensive review of all relevant real estate cases and statutes that have emerged from the Law Court, the Maine Federal Court, the First Circuit, and the Legislature over the past eighteen months.
