Bernstein Shur Names Attorney Dan Mitchell Co-Chair of Litigation Practice Group

Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced the selection of Dan Mitchell as co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mitchell will be responsible for the leadership of the firm’s litigation and trial attorneys and will share duties with co-chair Paul McDonald.

Mitchell, a shareholder, is co-chair of the firm’s Data Security Team and a member of the Business Law Practice Group. He maintains a diverse civil litigation and trial practice in state and federal courts throughout New England. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, data security litigation, products liability cases, broker-customer securities disputes and personal injury litigation.

Mitchell is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in ME, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He resides in Scarborough, ME.
