Bernstein Shur Shareholder Chad Higgins Joins the Board of Directors at the New England Legal Foundation

Chad Higgins, a shareholder and co-chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, has been selected to join the Board of Directors at the New England Legal Foundation (NELF). NELF is the only non-profit public interest law firm in the region dedicated to addressing policy and constitutional concerns related to free enterprise. Chad has deep experience advocating for clients in both state and federal courts across the country and is experienced in a broad range of industries, including energy, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, consumer products, and higher education.
