Bernstein Shur Welcomes Andrew Wells

Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (June 5, 2019) – Bernstein Shur, a leading New England based law firm welcomes Andrew Wells as an associate.

Wells joins the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, where he will focus on tax law, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, general business transactions and providing counsel in the financial services space. Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Wells was the CFO and in-house counsel of a leading family business and a tax associate at a local accounting firm.

Wells earned an LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, cum laude, and a B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in the State of ME and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and resides in Durham, ME with his family.
