Buck Establishes Firm’s New Hampshire Trusts and Estates Practice Group

Portland and Augusta, ME and Manchester, NH (October 10, 2012) – Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, announced the addition of attorney Vera Buck to the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She joined the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office as a shareholder.

Buck, a resident of Concord, New Hampshire, has more than 25 years of experience practicing trust and estate law throughout New England. Her practice will focus on trust and estate planning and administration, business succession and probate matters. She joins a group of highly skilled trust and estate attorneys, and will help the group expand its practice into New Hampshire.

Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Buck was a shareholder with Orr & Reno in Concord, New Hampshire, where she served as chair of the trust and estate planning department. Her practice focused on the planning and administration of estates and trusts, guardianship matters and providing representation in probate contests.

Buck received her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center and her L.L.M in Taxation from Boston University. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and American Bar Association, and a trustee for Capital Region Health Care and the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association. Buck serves on the New Hampshire Probate Committee to Review Probate Statutes and Procedures.
