Bernstein Shur’s Robert J. Keach Recognized on List of Leading U.S. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers

Jan. 14, 2022 — Bernstein Shur is pleased to announce shareholder Robert J. Keach has been named to Lawdragon’s 2022 list of 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers.

This guide recognizes attorneys who “dazzle in financial restructuring, whether in court or out” and were selected through submissions, journalistic research, and editorial vetting.

Keach is one of only three ME attorneys to receive this distinction.

In 2021, the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) honored Keach with its Lifetime Achievement Award, which is the highest recognition given by the ABI and recognizes a sustained and deep commitment to the leadership and governance of the organization.

Keach has dedicated his career to the laws of bankruptcy and is co-chair of Bernstein Shur’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.
