City Council approves redevelopment of Portland Co. complex

Last week, the Portland City Council voted to grant CPB2, LLC’s request to rezone the 10-acre Portland Co. site on the city’s waterfront. The company intends to execute a longtime public vision of building a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood of residences, offices and retail, including a Faneuil Hall-style marketplace. CPB2 is represented by Mary Costigan, Richard Prentice and Nathan H. Smith of Bernstein Shur’s Land Use Team.
