Attorney Adam Prescott will join a panel of industry professionals in: Chapter 13 or Subchapter V? Advising Individuals Operating as a Small Business, during the 25^th Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference put on by MCLE New England, on February 8^th, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. – 1:30 P.M.

During this webinar, Adam—a Shareholder in Bernstein Shur’s Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group—will provide his perspective on the differences, similarities, and when to use Chapter 13, Chapter 11, and Subchapter V.
