Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with him.
Bryce’s tax experience runs the gamut of business issues. He advises businesses from local startups to large corporations in taxation matters such as corporation, LLC and partnership setup, subsidiaries and branch offices setup for foreign companies doing business in the U.S., cross purchases and redemptions, reorganizations, asset transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions and compliance.
However, his experience isn’t limited to tax. Bryce is well-versed in contract negotiation, secured and unsecured financing transactions, debt collection, and a wide variety of other subjects.
Due to his broad range of knowledge and skills, Bryce understands the issues that businesses face and has the experience to help solve them. His practical approach, partnered with his keen insight offers clients a realistic strategy that considers the big picture—and what comes next.
In his former life, Bryce was…
- A partner at a large, Atlantic Canadian law firm doing business transactions and practicing Canadian and international tax.
- Prior to his legal career, a group leader for an extended outdoor program that taught troubled youth life skills in a wilderness environment.
When Bryce isn’t working, he is…
