He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating long-form contracts, managing corporate formations, overseeing corporate formalities, and handling mergers and acquisitions of all sizes. Elliot is also skilled in drafting terms and conditions for the sale of software and goods, helping businesses safeguard their interests in the digital marketplace.
