Fred is also fluent in Spanish, with a particular expertise in US-Latin American matters.
Fred’s breadth of experience with complex transactions and sensitive political matters; his detail-oriented approach and exhaustive knowledge of US and international business law; and his common sense and commercial street smarts enable him to devise practical, successful solutions to advance clients’ business objectives.

When Fred isn’t working, he is…
Playing baseball in the Southern Maine Men’s Baseball League, running, fishing, snowmobiling, reading mysteries and nonfiction, and traveling with his family. Fred also volunteers with organizations that support youth and new immigrants, and he has created and served in leadership on the boards of various charitable and educational organizations.
